We use an integrative and  personalized approach with every child, teen, individual adult, couple, and family that comes into our office.  We believe that each of us possess within us strengths and abilities that can lead us to self-improvement.  We work with you to determine what those strengths and abilities are, as well as how they can apply in your current circumstances for the best possible outcomes.
