I have over 13 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a variety of settings and nearly 20 years of personal/professional experience in the field of substance abuse recovery. At this time, I only see adults in my practice. Some of my specialties include:

• Individuals impacted by substance abuse and other addictions

• First responders and those who work in high stress/high burnout professions

• Trauma-related disorders (dissociative disorders, PTSD)

• Adult survivors of child abuse

My evidence-based training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Narrative Exposure Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have numerous hours of additional training related domestic violence, substance abuse, dissociative disorders, and working with diverse populations. As a therapist, I am warm, creative, and solution-focused.

Insurance/Fees

I am In-Network with the following insurance plans: Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Lifewise.

I do not accept Medicaid, United, Medicare, or Kaiser.

My Out of Network (private pay) rate is $175 per session.

I offer a 10% discount for first responders, teachers, and mental health/medical professionals who are not using insurance benefits.
